Test consent

Consent is one lawful basis among several, not the only one
All five conditions at once: free, specific, informed, unambiguous, withdrawable
The refusal price decides freely-given: no service without tracking is the red flag

Report honestly

Unknowns stay unknown: mark them, do not fill them with suspicion or trust
Deliver an engineering assessment, never a legal verdict
Name the disadvantaged user's real option, not the theoretical one
